Free Shipping worldwide for orders over $100.

$25 Flat Rate shipping for orders under $100.

  • US & Europe: 4-7 days

  • APAC: 3 days

  • China: 1-3 days

  • Everywhere else: 4-7 days

All orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day, including expedited orders. We do not currently offer weekend delivery. We try our best to get the suits to you ASAP but do understand that delivery time is based on business days after an order is processed.

CUSTOM FEES

You will be liable for all import duties, customs tariffs, and VAT set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin/manufacturing of the goods purchased, and the classification of the merchandise. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that ISWT does not have any control for duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to your order, please contact your local customs office to find out more if you are unsure of the charges.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same business day.  Any orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day, including orders with expedited shipping. Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item/s are unavailable. 

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at order@insharkswetrust.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us immediately at order@insharkswetrust.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference. For Asia orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense.
